Now, canon is measuring intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickness (CGT) in both eyes with one instrument – the now TX-20P. This device combines a fully automatic non-contact tonometer and pachymeter in a compact-in-size, lightweight body with a tiltable LCD monitor and one-touch measurement for overall improved usability and processing speed.

Using the motorized joystick, roughly position the patient’s pupil within the wide field of view, and then press the measurement start button to begin (during Full Auto mode).
Tiltable color LCD monitor
The examiner can angle the 5.7-inch color LCD monitor to view at up to approximately a 40 degree to angle. Measure from any position with ease
Equipped with internal and external fixation lamps
In addition to the internal fixation lamp. Tx-2oP is also equipped with an external fixation lamp, effective for examinees with central vision defects. Easily switchable between the external and internal fixation lamps as necessary
Auto cut printout
Added to the TX-20P body is a front-loaded printed featuring an auto cutter function. Paper output in the front makes results simpler to get, and faster printing shortens the total measurement time.
Multi-function switches
Buttons for selecting necessary operational functions during an examination are conveniently located along the monitor, adjacent to their corresponding section on the display screen.
